Grown and milled by our friends Andrew and Sybille Wilkinson on their organic farm in Northumberland. Gilchester Organics stoneground 100% Wholemeal is a quite finely milled flour produced from tall-straw heritage wheat. We use it to bake loaves with a lovely crumb and a great depth of flavour. This flour can take a bit more liquid than other roller milled flours, so we recommend you take this into account when baking with it.
