Grown and milled by our friends Andrew and Sybille Wilkinson on their organic farm in Northumberland. Gilchester Organics pizza and ciabatta flour is stoneground from tall-straw heritage wheat. It is a carefully blended mix of classic white and semolina flour that has been created especially for pizzas and Italian breads like ciabatta. The special milling guarantees a great stretch to the dough and a good crust once baked.
All Gilchester Organics flours are free of any enhancers or other additives.
